Transitional Living ProgramThe Transitional Living Program helps bridge the gap to community living. The residence has four apartments, and the individuals in each apartment are responsible for their share of the household chores, meal planning and cooking. The program is strengths-based, in which clients are encouraged to support each other and to role model their own particular talents and skills. When residents leave the program, they have learned how to manage their symptoms, understand the importance of their medication, and are ready to be an integral part of the community in which they live. The Transitional Living Program is offered in Cass County.
