Medical InsuranceFour County offers affordable medical coverage options to best meet the needs of you and your family.
Dental InsuranceTo promote strong oral health, we offer dental coverage for routine & preventative services as well as coverage for basic and major procedures.
Vision InsuranceVision coverage is available for Four County associates and their family. Coverage includes annual eye exams and an allowance to spend on glasses and/or contacts.
Life InsuranceQualified Four County associates are provided with Basic Term Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to the employee. Employees may elect additional coverage for themselves, spouse, and children.
Health Savings Account (HSA)Health Savings Accounts are tax-exempt accounts that are employee controlled and employee funded. Funds from employee contributions can be used to pay for qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses.
Wellness DiscountParticipants will receive a discounted medical premium for choosing to wellness screen. In addition , participants will receive employer HSA contributions; $500 annually for single coverage, $1000 annually for family coverage.
Short Term DisabilityShort Term Disability is an employer paid benefit and provides qualified associates with short term income protection if they are unable to work due to a covered accident or illness. The benefit pays 66 2/3% of an associates gross weekly earnings up to $400.
Long Term DisabilityLong Term Disability is an employer paid benefit and provides qualified associates Income for a period of up to 24 months after exhaustion of short term disability benefits (26 weeks). The benefit pays 60% of an associate’s monthly salary up to $10,000.
Teledoc ServicesAll associates who elect medical insurance through Four County, are automatically enrolled in teledoc services. Available online
or by phone, receive solid medical advice from a doctor free of charge 24/7.
Paid Time OffPaid Time Off is a comprehensive benefit provided in lieu of traditional vacation, personal days, or sick days and is available to full and part-time associates after 90 days. Full PTO details HERE.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Flexible Spending accounts are an opportunity to pay for out-of-pocket qualifying medical, dental, vision, and dependent care expenses through pre-tax deductions. Four County offers an associate the opportunity to contribute to a Traditional FSA, Limited Purpose FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA.
Participating associates can save approximately 25% of each dollar spent on qualifying expenses.
403b Retirement PlanThis plan is intended to help associates prepare for and set aside money for retirement. Associates are eligible to begin making pre-tax, elective contributions upon date of hire. Additionally, Four County pays a 5% non-elective contribution for each
qualifying associate on an annual basis.
Achieve Your Degree ProgramFour County has partnered with Ivy Tech Community College to offer the Achieve Your Degree Program that will provide guidance and financial assistance to our associates who are interested in continuing their education through classes at Ivy Tech Community College. Participants will utilize our Tuition Assistance Plan or Loan Repayment Assistance Program in conjunction with this program.
Tuition Assistance PlanFour County encourages continuing formal education and partners with associates to provide partial financial support for out-of-pocket tuition expenses. Reimbursement is based on grades earned , with a lifetime maximum award of $10,000.
Loan Repayment Assistance ProgramFour County’s policy is to encourage and reward successful degree recipients by means of student loan repayment assistance through the Loan Repayment Assistance Plan. Payments are made monthly to the loan servicer in a designated monthly amount, not to exceed the lifetime maximum award of $10,000.
Associate Referral Reward ProgramFour County offers a monetary referral award to an associate who refers a friend, family member, or professional acquaintance who is subsequently hired by Four County. Full Referral Program details HERE.
Retention Bonus ProgramFour County offers a retention bonus for eligible positions.
